For housing partners
A solutions provider, not just a landlord.
We work with councils, housing associations, charities and specialist supported-housing providers across Kent and East Sussex. Tell us what stock you need, and we find, buy and refurbish homes to meet it.

The problem we solve
You are not short of people who need homes.
What local authorities and housing providers are short of is appropriate, compliant, reliable housing stock.
We work with housing partners to understand genuine local need, identify suitable properties, acquire and refurbish them to the required standard, and create long-term housing stock around actual demand.
Who the homes are for
Not 100 units. 100 people.
Our aim is to help house 100 people in secure, long-term homes. We count people, not properties, because that is what the work is for.
- People moving on from homelessness
- Young people leaving the care system
- Adults on the autism spectrum who need a settled home
What we do
Homes people can stay in, not move through.
1Find and buy
We buy homes across Kent and into East Sussex, in areas of genuine housing need.
2Refurbish to last
Compliance and safety first. Durable finishes, sensible layouts and running costs that suit years of occupation, not short-term turnover.
3Lease long term
We lease to councils, housing associations, charities and specialist supported-housing providers on long terms, so residents can settle and support has a chance to work.
4Stay involved
Proactive maintenance and a direct line to us. Housing run as a long-term business, not a trade.
The homes we look for
Close to the things that help people settle.
- Two to five bedrooms
- Towns and cities close to transport, shops and services
- Near hospitals and universities where that suits the residents
- Across Kent and into East Sussex, including Hastings, Eastbourne and St Leonards
Tell us what stock you need
Bring us a housing requirement and we can source against it.
The more of this you can share, the better we can match it.
- 1Location, or the postcode areas you need
- 2The residents the homes are for
- 3Property type
- 4Number of bedrooms
- 5Accessibility requirements
- 6What the home needs to be close to
- 7Property specification
- 8Lease requirements
- 9When you need it available
- 10Adaptations required
What we mean by long term
Every arrangement is different, but we favour multi-year leases. They give housing partners operational certainty and allow us to invest properly in the property.
Where we buy
All of Kent, and into East Sussex.
We are based in north-west Kent and buy right across the county, from Dartford to Dover. In East Sussex we buy around Hastings, St Leonards and Eastbourne.

“The property is just the container. What matters is what it enables.”
Tell us what your residents need: the area, the type of home and the lease you are looking for. We will tell you plainly what we can do.
