Privacy notice
Pinelee Estate Investments Limited (company number 13508951) is the controller of the personal information you give us through this website, by phone or by email. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
What we collect
Your name and contact details, and what you tell us about a property or your circumstances. If you proceed with a sale, we also carry out the identity checks the anti-money-laundering rules require.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and discuss your enquiry, because you have asked us to.
- To assess a property and make an offer, as a step towards a contract with you.
- To meet our legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering checks.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to act on your enquiry, such as solicitors and surveyors, and the providers that run our email and website. They may use it only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not go further are deleted within two years. Records of a completed purchase are kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
With your consent, we use the Meta pixel to see how our Facebook and Instagram adverts perform. It sets cookies and sends Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you view and whether you send us an enquiry. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited is responsible for how it uses that information under its own privacy policy.
The pixel loads only if you choose Accept. If you choose Decline, nothing from Meta loads. We keep your choice in your browser so we do not ask again, and you can change it at any time through Cookie settings at the foot of every page.
We use no other advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@pinelee.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
